This chat service requires Java Virtual Machine to be installed on your
computer. Some users may not have Java Virtual Machine installed on
their computer and will need to install it. More information and links to
download sites may be found at the bottom of this page.
Using Technical Support Chat
- Click the 'Live Help' icon to enter the chat.
- The chat window will appear and the next available Technical
Support Representative will assist you.
- To send a message, type your message into the chat box and
click the 'Send' button.
- In order to assist you better please provide the Technical
Support Representative with the following:
- Your Cinergy Communications Account E-Mail address, Cinergy
Communications Account Number, or home phone number.
- The issue that you are inquiring about as well as exact
error messages, if any.
JAVA VIRTUAL MACHINE
Windows XP Users:
Microsoft's Java Virtual Machine is included with
XP Service Pack 1 which can be downloaded or
mailed to you on CD from Microsoft.
Windows 9x - Me Users:
Sun Microsystems offers a compatible Java Virtual Machine that is
available for download here.
Macintosh Users:
You should have what you need. (Mac OS 8.6 and up supported.).
